What is the Patient Portal?

The Patient Portal gives our patients the ability to access certain patient records from home through this online website. 

The documents our patients can request to view include:

  • EKG

  • Medications

  • Ultrasound

  • Stress Test

  • Lab results

How to Access Your Patient Portal

STEP ONE

If you have not given the office your email, make sure to do so in order to recieve the invitation email. 

 

STEP TWO

Open the email with the subject line "Patient Portal Access" and read the instructions!

STEP THREE

Upon reading the instructions, you will see your given user name, which is your email, and a temporary password. To set up a new password, simply click on the URL provided, and enter your information on the right side of the screen.
